Terms of Service

Effective Date: October 20, 2026

Welcome to Grit Society. These Terms of Service govern your use of gritsociety.com, your participation in our online coaching programs, and purchases made through our website.

Grit Society is operated by Grit Society LLC, based in Cleveland, Ohio.

By purchasing a service, enrolling in coaching, or using our website, you agree to these Terms and the applicable disclosures provided during checkout.

01 / Our Coaching Services

Grit Society offers personalized online fitness, nutrition, and lifestyle coaching designed to help individuals build strength, improve health, and establish sustainable habits.

Depending on the selected program, services may include:

  • Personalized exercise programming.

  • Training, nutrition, and lifestyle assessments.

  • Habit-based nutrition guidance.

  • Progress tracking and program adjustments.

  • Coaching feedback and accountability.

  • Access to the Kahunas coaching application.

  • Communication with your coach through supported messaging channels.

  • Periodic check-ins and consultations, as included in your selected plan.

  • Educational resources related to training, nutrition, recovery, and lifestyle habits.

All coaching services are delivered remotely. Clients are responsible for having appropriate access to a fully equipped gym and any equipment required for their individualized program.

The specific services, frequency of communication, and level of support are determined by the coaching package purchased.

02 / Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to provide accurate information during enrollment and throughout their coaching experience.

This includes relevant information about fitness goals, training experience, physical limitations, injuries, health considerations, and lifestyle circumstances that may affect participation.

Clients are expected to:

  • Follow their individualized program to the best of their ability.

  • Communicate concerns, limitations, or changes that may affect training.

  • Exercise responsibly and use equipment safely.

  • Participate in agreed-upon check-ins and provide feedback.

  • Maintain appropriate access to their training equipment and coaching application.

Progress depends on multiple factors, including consistency, individual circumstances, recovery, nutrition, and participation. Grit Society does not guarantee specific physical or performance outcomes.

03 / Coaching Plans and Pricing

Grit Society currently offers three coaching subscription options:

Monthly Coaching — $250

Billed in full every month.

6-Month Coaching — $1,350

Billed in full every six months.

12-Month Coaching — $2,550

Billed in full every twelve months.

Each plan provides coaching services throughout its purchased billing period.

Prices and included services are disclosed before purchase and may change for future enrollments. Any changes affecting existing subscriptions will be communicated as required by applicable law.

04 / Recurring Billing and Automatic Renewal

All coaching plans automatically renew at the end of their respective billing periods unless canceled before the next scheduled renewal.

By purchasing a subscription, clients authorize Grit Society LLC and its payment processor, Stripe, to charge the payment method provided during checkout according to the selected plan's disclosed amount and billing frequency.

Renewal charges are as follows:

  • Monthly Coaching: $250 every month.

  • 6-Month Coaching: $1,350 every six months.

  • 12-Month Coaching: $2,550 every twelve months.

Clients can review their subscription details and upcoming renewal date through their Squarespace customer account.

Grit Society will provide renewal disclosures, notices, and cancellation options as required by applicable law.

05 / Cancellation Policy

Clients may cancel their subscription at any time before their next scheduled renewal through their Squarespace customer account or by contacting contact@gritsociety.com.

Cancellation prevents future automatic renewal charges but does not immediately terminate access to services already purchased.

Clients will continue receiving coaching through the end of their current paid billing period.

For example, a client enrolled in a six-month subscription who cancels after two months may continue receiving coaching for the remaining four months without another six-month renewal charge.

Cancellation requests will be handled in accordance with applicable law. Clients should submit cancellation requests before the next billing date.

06 / Refund Policy

Because Grit Society provides personalized programming, individualized coaching, and ongoing support, payments for billing periods that have already begun are generally non-refundable.

This policy applies to monthly, six-month, and twelve-month subscriptions.

Canceling a subscription does not automatically entitle the client to a prorated refund for unused time within the current prepaid billing period.

Refund requests may be considered individually in cases involving:

  • Duplicate or incorrect charges.

  • Material failure to deliver purchased coaching services.

  • Significant medical circumstances affecting participation.

  • Other exceptional situations reviewed by Grit Society.

  • Circumstances in which applicable law requires a refund.

Any approved discretionary refund will generally be issued through the original payment method.

Nothing in these Terms limits rights or remedies that cannot legally be waived.
